Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping
- Flat-rate shipping: $8 on all U.S. orders under $150
- Free standard shipping on all orders over $150
- Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, depending on the destination and package size.
Delivery Times
Shipping times vary based on location and carrier but generally range from 3–7 business days after processing.
Local Pickup
If local pickup is available, eligible customers will see this option at checkout and receive pickup instructions once their order is ready.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed off to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. The Strand Athens is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
